Shipping policy

Some of our products are sold on a pre-order basis. This means the product is not in stock yet and is produced or reserved after the order is placed. 

Orders are processed within 30 days after payment is confirmed.

● Poland: 1-2 business days after shipment

● International orders: 3–7 business days (depending on destination)

We ship orders via trusted courier services and parcel lockers (e.g. InPost, DPD).

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.
